1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and using FastSaaS boilerplates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our products.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the FastSaaS source code for:

  • Creating unlimited projects for yourself or clients
  • Modifying the code to suit your needs
  • Deploying applications built with FastSaaS
  • Creating commercial products and services

3. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the original source code
  • Create competing boilerplate or starter template products
  • Share your GitHub repository access with non-license holders
  • Use the code to create open-source boilerplate projects
  • Transfer your license to another person or entity

4. Developer License

Each license is valid for one developer. If you work in a team, each team member who accesses the code needs their own license. Contact us for volume discounts.

5. Updates and Support

Your license includes:

  • Lifetime access to all future updates and improvements
  • Priority email support (response within 24 hours)
  • Access to private Discord community
  • Documentation and video tutorials

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with FastSaaS for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

7. Intellectual Property

FastSaaS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LaunchPad Forge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

FastSaaS is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the code will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LaunchPad Forge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Third-Party Services

FastSaaS integrates with third-party services (Stripe, OpenAI, etc.). You are responsible for complying with their terms of service and paying any applicable fees directly to them.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the GitHub repositories immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the code ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify license holders of any changes via email. Continued use of the code after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
